PHLX Options Fees

Notes:

• The On-Exchange ORF rate on PHLX is USD 0.0022 per contract.

1. A list of underlying products can be found on the PHLX's website at http://www.nasdaqtrader.com.
2. All Complex Orders are charged a Surcharge of USD 0.25 * Quantity.
3. A surcharge of USD 0.25 per contract will be assessed to Non-Customers. A surcharge of USD 0.25 per contract will be assessed to all Customer Complex executions. A surcharge of USD 0.50 per contract will be assessed to all Non-Customer complex executions. A surcharge of USD 0.25 per contract will be assessed to all market participants for simple and complex executions with a premium price of USD 25.00 or greater. Multiple Surcharges can be charged on the same execution.
4. The Exchange will assess a stock handling fee of USD 0.0010 per share (capped at USD 50.00 per trade) for the stock leg of stock-option orders executed against other stock-option orders in the Complex Order Book.
5. A USD 0.12 per contract surcharge will be assessed to electronic Complex orders that remove liquidity from the Complex Order Book and auctions, excluding PIXL, in Penny Symbols.
6. A surcharge for NDX will be assessed to electronic simple Non-Customer orders that remove liquidity according to the following premium schedule.
   Trade Price > 0 – USD 1.00
   Trade Price > 3 – USD 1.50
   Trade Price > 10 – USD 2.00
   Trade Price > 25 – USD 2.50
   Trade Price > 50 – USD 3.00
